Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders placed before 3 pm CT will ship within 72 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed after Friday 3pm CT will ship out within 72 hours on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and also a confirmation email after your order is shipped. All orders are shipped out of Brownsville, Texas.

 

Q: Will I get a tracking number?

A: Of course! Each order will come with a tracking number, sent out via email once your order has shipped. 

 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes! International orders may take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months to arrive. Luna The Boutique is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. 

 

Q: When will you restock ___?

A: We always do our best to restock items that sell out, but sometimes we are unable to do so because of manufacture supply levels. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow our Instagram to be the first to know about restocks and new releases. 

 

Q: Will you ever carry a larger variety of sizes?

A: ABSOLUTELY! We are currently working on expanding the sizes we offer and hope that you will stick around as we continue to grow our business.

Q: Tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here! What do I do?

A: Email us at hello@lunatheboutique.com and we'll do our best to find your package! We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. If you live in an apartment or condominium complex please check with your buildings office, sometimes the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox. Luna The Boutique will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly. Luna The Boutique is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.
