Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date for domestic delivery, and 30 days for international customers. If 14 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t process your return. At this time we do not accept exchanges unless items are still in stock.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the Luna The Boutique tags and all other tags attached in its original location. Merchandise with deodorant, make up, etc, stains will not be accepted.
You must submit a returns request to email@example.com. We will provide you with our ($5.99) return shipping label, and confirm whether a store credit or exchange is approved. Please include your order number when e-mailing.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without all tags attached in original location
- Items with any stains or smells
- Gift cards or items purchased with store credit
- Final sale items (marked down merchandise)
- Intimates, accessories, candles, and bodysuits

We are not responsible for any shipping costs and all shipping costs are non- refundable. If you are shipping an item, consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost items and do not guarantee that we will receive the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you in the original amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase. Luna The Boutique will not refund sales tax or any shipping cost.
